3. If you are applying for 2 different instruments, please complete 2 separate application forms. The application fee will be waived for each additional instrument.

4. If you are also applying for the El Salvador Exchange Program, please be prepared to include a personal statement (200 words or less) explaining why you would like to be considered for this program.
